THESE TERMS OF USE ARE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN AMOX Ventures Co. (“Ium Life Nutrition,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). “Ium Life Nutrition” is a brand of AMOX Ventures Co. BY ACCESSING OR USING www.iumlife.com OR ANY RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “Services”), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND OUR Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals 18 years or older and located in the United States. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our site. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Access and Accounts

  • You’re responsible for the arrangements needed to access the Services.
  • If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your login details confidential and notify us at info@iumlife.com of any unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by Ium Life Nutrition or its licensors and protected by U.S. law. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

  • In violation of U.S. law or regulation;
  • To harm or attempt to harm minors;
  • To upload or transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code;
  • To impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • To interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Services.

6. User Contributions

Content you submit (e.g., reviews or feedback) may be used by Ium Life Nutrition for business purposes without compensation. You represent you own or have permission to share such content and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.

7. Health Disclaimer

Statements on the Services about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information is for informational purposes only and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ium Life Nutrition and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ium Life Nutrition, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).

Arbitration & Class Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). No class or representative actions. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Consumer Rights. If you are a consumer, you may have non-waivable rights under the laws of your state of residence; these Terms are not intended to limit those rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale, form the entire agreement between you and Ium Life Nutrition regarding your use of the Services.
