Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern all purchases from AMOX Ventures Co. (“Ium Life Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) made through www.iumlife.com and any related checkout flows (the “Store”). “Ium Life Nutrition” is a brand of AMOX Ventures Co. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

Merchant of Record: AMOX Ventures Co.

1) Who Can Purchase

You must be 18+ and located in the United States to buy from the Store. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

2) Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order for any reason (including suspected fraud, inventory limits, pricing errors, or policy violations).

  • If we cancel after you’ve been charged, we’ll issue a prompt refund to your original payment method.

  • We may limit quantities per customer, household, or order. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale without our written consent.

3) Pricing, Promotions, & Taxes

  • Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales taxes, shipping, and fees, which are shown at checkout.

  • Promotions/discount codes: unless stated otherwise, one code per order, non-transferable, not retroactive, no cash value, and subject to change or early end.

  • Despite our best efforts, pricing/availability mistakes may occur. We may cancel or revise orders to correct errors.

4) Payment & Billing

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and use third-party processors. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge your method for the order total, including taxes, shipping, and any recurring charges you opt into.

  • If your payment fails or is reversed, you remain responsible for amounts due. If unresolved, we may cancel shipments, suspend accounts, and/or refuse future orders.

  • Chargebacks: email info@iumlife.com first so we can resolve issues quickly. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

5) Shipping, Delivery, & Risk of Loss

  • U.S.-only shipping. Options and costs are shown at checkout; estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the shipment from us. Report missing or stolen packages with the carrier; we’ll assist when possible.

  • Orders may ship in multiple parcels. We may require a signature for higher-value shipments.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping once it’s received back in resalable condition.

6) Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging.

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Sample packs and ready-to-drink items are final sale.

  • Only orders purchased directly from iumlife.com are eligible.

  • Unless the product is defective or we made an error, original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is your responsibility.

  • Returns outside of policy or abuse (e.g., repeated refunds, excessive chargebacks) may result in permanent placement on our no-sale list.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not refundable.
  • Non-returnable: opened consumables, sample packs, ready-to-drink items, free gifts/promotional items, and gift cards (if offered).

Start a return by emailing info@iumlife.com with your order number and reason.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank.

7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Email info@iumlife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

8) Subscriptions (If You Enroll)

  • If you opt into a subscription (e.g., “Subscribe & Save”), you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until you cancel.

  • You can cancel any time in your account or by emailing info@iumlife.com at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

  • Pricing and availability may change; we’ll notify you of material changes before they take effect on your subscription.

9) Product & Health Information

  • Dietary supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Always read labels and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant/nursing.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

10) Limited Warranty; Disclaimers

We warrant that products will materially conform to their labeled specifications at shipment. This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund, at our option.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ium Life Nutrition will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to any purchase. Our aggregate liability relating to any purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

12) Fraud Prevention & Compliance

We may use verification tools, limit or cancel orders, or require additional information to prevent fraud or misuse. Orders that violate law or our policies may be refused.

13) Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier failures, wars, epidemics, power/network outages, regulatory actions).

14) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale and any dispute arising out of or related to a purchase are governed by Nevada law (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).
Arbitration & Class Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act. No class or representative actions. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
Consumer Rights. If you are a consumer, you may have non-waivable rights under the laws of your state of residence; these Terms are not intended to limit those rights.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
