We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Apparel is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in new condition.
  • You provide a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from iumlife.com.
  • Purchase was made directly on our website (we cannot accept returns from third-party retailers).
  • Sample packs and ready-to-drink items are final sale and not returnable.

Items that don’t meet these criteria aren’t eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email info@iumlife.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with approval and instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Unless the product is defective or we made an error, return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Use a trackable service; risk of loss remains with you until the package is delivered to us.
  • Bank processing times vary (typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Email info@iumlife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Sale Items & Non-Returnables

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not refundable.
  • Non-returnable: opened consumables, sample packs, ready-to-drink items, free gifts/promotional items, and gift cards (if offered).

Undeliverable / Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, we’ll refund the product price minus shipping once received back in resalable condition.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the item per this policy and place a new order.

Chargebacks

Open a ticket at info@iumlife.com before filing a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. Abuse of chargebacks may result in being placed on our no-sell list.
